My name is Seth Quental and I am the Principal Broker and Owner of Waypoint Realty (Est. 2023). I have held licenses in five different states and have overseen hundreds of transactions as a managing broker. I started Waypoint Realty because I wanted to focus my attentions on Massachusetts and Rhode Island and create a firm where Realtors® feel more like family rather than just a number.

In my experience as a Realtor® I have explored the many different facets of the real estate industry including luxury rentals, traditional real estate sales, and all of the management involved. One of my goals with Waypoint is to teach and aid in the important fundamentals of successful real estate to a team of my own. Let’s face it, taking 40 hours of pre-licensure classes does not necessarily teach you how to be an agent.

Here at Waypoint, we will build a sense of camaraderie, truly hone in on each other’s skills, and practice autonomy confidently because we know the support system we need is right here.
